It’s funny how i got into Shilajit, it was on sale in the gym , and i received a sample. At the beginning i was only noticing boost in energy for the day, and because of the taste i was a bit slow in my consumption. Then i read somewhere on the site you can mix it with hot back coffee or Tumeric.

Since i started doing that it neutralised ita organic taste . I’m so much lighter on my feet, mentally stronger, gym performance at least twice better.
My digestion is a lot improved too.

I was interested in shilajit because there has been some research to confirm that real shilajit can increase testosterone for men.

I was skeptical of the cheap shilajit because real shilajit is actually very difficult to cultivate (in the high altitude of Himalayas) so I tried Rakaposhi Organics who claim they source it directly from there.

I also did bloodwork before and after taking their shilajit while keeping my routine exercise, diet and sleep fairly the same for a month to not skew the results.

The results were an increase of 43.2% (from 9.79nmol/L to 14.02nmol/L) in testosterone which I am very pleased.

Ordered my 2nd one and will conduct a 3rd test after as well.
