Shipping Policy

Local (Hong Kong):
We use Hong Kong Post Local Next Day service and will send you tracking information via the system. Cutoff time for local shipments is 15:00 HKT. Please keep in mind that you will need to sign for your package.

International:
We have partnered with a 3rd party provider to get your orders out, fast, easy, and with zero surprises. Here’s how it works:
  • Courier Service Hours: Our courier team operates Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (Hong Kong time). Drop your order by 1 PM local time, and it’s scheduled for pickup the next business day (T+1). After 1 PM? It’s the day after that (T+2). Weekends and public holidays are a no-go for pickups, so keep that in mind!
  • Collection Location Hours: Our collection spot is open Wednesday through Monday, 10 AM to 10 PM every week. Which means:
    • Order over the weekend (Saturday–Sunday)? It’s likely hitting the road on Wednesday.
    • Order by Friday noon (midnight EST)? It’s going out Monday.
  • Delivery Timeline: Once your order ships, please allow delivery to take 8–12 calendar days. Customs, holidays, or the occasional curveball might shift this a bit, so keep an eye on your tracking at (we’ll send you the tracking info when it ships).
  • Shipping Terms: We ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. That means we cover everything—shipping, import duties, taxes, and customs fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price, no extra charges when your package arrives!

Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers. We cannot, however, due to the nature of our products, accept returns for any reason and all sales are considered final.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrived damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please send us a clear picture of the damaged package within 7 days of receiving it.

Upon verification, we will promptly send you a new one at no additional cost.
